By accessing or using Truth or Shots ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Truth or Shots is an entertainment party game and part of the Jibbi platform, a collection of interactive games and experiences. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Truth or Shots is an entertainment party game where players interact with AI bartenders to play "Truth or Drink." The AI asks bold questions, and players must either tell the truth or take a sip/shot. The game is provided for entertainment purposes only. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Use License

Permission is granted to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Under this license you may not:

• Modify, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to extract or scrape data from the Service
• Use automated systems to interact with the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content

AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence (Google's Generative AI) to generate game questions and bartender responses. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for all audiences. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors or inappropriate content
• We are not responsible for the content generated by the AI
• You use the Service at your own discretion and risk
• You should not rely on AI-generated content for important decisions

Responsible Drinking

Truth or Shots is an entertainment game and does not encourage or require alcohol consumption. If you choose to consume alcohol while playing, please do so responsibly:

• Drink responsibly and know your limits
• Never drink and drive - arrange for a designated driver or alternative transportation
• Do not exceed safe drinking limits
• Be aware of the risks of excessive alcohol consumption, including health problems, impaired judgment, and accidents
• If you or someone you know has a drinking problem, seek help from appropriate resources
• Do not pressure others to drink alcohol

We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from alcohol consumption while using the Service. You acknowledge that any decision to consume alcohol is made at your own risk and responsibility.
